United Service Companies Names Erica Navarro as New Employee of The Month. |

Chicago, Illinois - United Service Companies announced its employee of the month program in June 2011. United Service Companies has chosen to honor and celebrate their employees for their hard work and contributions. Eligible Employee of the Month candidates are voted on by their peers and awarded points based on attendance, attitude and customer service. Final nominations are decided on and approved by a committee of executives from human resources and each division with final approval coming from United Service Companies President and CEO Mr. Richard Simon.
United Service Companies is proud to announce the July 2011 Employee of the Month is Erica Navarro. Erica is currently the General Manager for United National Maintenance at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center (MBCC) in Las Vegas. Erica's total commitment to service and her ability to make excellent decisions on the fly have earned Erica a spot on the MBCC Management team.
Under Erica's supervision, two United National Maintenance employees have been the recipients of the prestigious MBCC President's Award. This award is given to employees who have excelled in service as noted in client surveys done at MBCC. Additionally, Erica Navarro was directly responsible for planning and executing the maintenance services for the JCK Jewelry Show, the largest jewelry show in the world, with 4 billion dollars worth of jewelry on display - presenting heavy security challenges. Under Erica's watch, the JCK Jewelry Show went off flawlessly, garnering United Services a pile of compliments for Erica's preparation and performance. |
