TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 22, 2015) - Victory Nickel Inc. ("Victory Nickel" or the "Company") (TSX:NI) today announced that the Company's lenders have agreed to extend its short-term loan facility (the "Facility") until May 31, 2015. The balance outstanding under the Facility is US$1million. In addition, the Company is working with its lenders and other financiers to restructure the Company's existing de bt and provide additional financing to enable Victory Nickel to take advantage of opportunities that exist in the frac sand market. |
