QUÉBEC CITY, CANADA--(Marketwired - Aug. 3, 2015) - SOCIÉTÉ D'EXPLORATION MINIÈRE VIOR INC. (TSX VENTURE:VIO)(FRANKFURT:VL5) - is pleased to announce the closing of a non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") of 555,555 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.09 per Unit for total gross proceeds of $50,000. Each Unit consists of one common share and one-quarter of a common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to acquire one (1) additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.11 until July 31, 2017. |
