CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Dec. 12, 2016) - Jay Richardson, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Walmer Capital Corp. (NEX:WAL.H) (the "Company" or "Walmer"), a capital pool company, is pleased to announce that they have completed the final tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement financing (the "Financing"). Pursuant to the Financing, Walmer issued 7,110,000 "flow-through" shares ("FT Shares") at a price of $0.05 per share for gross proceeds of $355,500.
