CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Jan. 6, 2015) - Wangton Capital Corp. (the "Corporation") (NEX:WT.H) announces that it proposes to offer by way of a non-brokered private placement of up to 2,000,000 Common Shares at a price of $0.075 per Common Share to raise gross proceeds of up to $150,000. Subject to regulatory approval, a finder's fee will be paid, at the discretion of the Corporation, in relation to the Common Shares sold. |
