VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - March 19, 2014) - WCB Resources Ltd ("WCB" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:WCB) is pleased to announce that Medalist Capital Ltd. will lead a private placement of 16,000,000 units at a price of $0.25 per unit for gross proceeds of $4 million. Each unit will consist of one common share in the capital stock of WCB and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one common share at a price of $0.35 for a period of 36 months from the date of issuance. |
