VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jan. 8, 2014) - Wellgreen Platinum Ltd.
(TSX VENTURE:WG)(OTCQX:WGPLF) ("Wellgreen" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it expects to complete the issuance of a further 1,199,700 units of the Company (the "Units") at a price of $0.55 per Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $660,000 (the "Private Placement"), under the same terms and conditions as its private placement which was completed on December 31, 2013. |
