WINNIPEG, MANITOBA--(Marketwired - Dec. 15, 2014) - Wildcat Exploration Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:WEL) ("Wildcat" or the "Company") announces a non-brokered private placement of up to 3,000,000 units ("Units") at a price of $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $150,000 (the "Offering"). Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one share purchase warrant ("Warrant") with each Warrant exercisable to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.065 per common share for a period of two years from the date of issue. |
