Xylitol Canada Announces Closing of $2 Million Private Placement |

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 10, 2013) - Xylitol Canada Inc. ("Xylitol Canada", or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:XYL) is pleased to announce today that it has closed a private placement of 8,888,888 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.225 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $2,000,000 (the "Offering"). Each Unit is comprised of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, each whole warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional common share at a price of $0.375 for a period of 24 months following the closing date of the Offering. |
