(TSX VENTURE:GDX)(the "Company") is pleased to announce that on January 3, 2012 the Company closed the private placement which was announced on November 14, 2011. The Company sold 30,650,000 Units (the "Units") at a price of $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of $1,532,500.
